Information on the WEEE eco-tax
From January 1, 2025, the amount of the eco-participation (WEEE), included in the price of our electrical and electronic appliances, will increase. This change is the result of new regulations aimed at strengthening the financing of the collection, recycling and recovery of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
Why is the eco-tax increasing?
- An environmental commitment: Eco-participation helps reduce pollution and waste from end-of-life equipment.
- A regulatory framework: The European WEEE Directive requires manufacturers to ensure the collection, recycling and recovery of used equipment through a system of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
Payment of this eco-participation is compulsory and directly integrated into the sale price.
How is it applied?
Total price = Product price + Eco-participation
This amount is clearly indicated on our invoices and included in the product price. It is paid to an approved eco-organization to finance recycling.
How do I get my old equipment back?
When your new electrical appliance is delivered, our delivery personnel can take back your old equipment free of charge*. To take advantage of this service, tick the "Yes" box to the question about taking back old equipment when you place your order on our website.
Recovered equipment is entrusted to an eco-organization for recycling or recovery.

Its six wire shelves, with wooden fronts, are designed to hold up to 147 75cl Bordeaux-style bottles. The semi-sliding and removable shelves offer maximum flexibility for organizing your collection. Labels can be placed on the wooden front for easy identification.

Weighing 57 kg, the CTPNE147E is equipped with two adjustable feet and two casters for easy freestanding installation. Its cooling system uses a compressor, ensuring thermal stability. Climate class N-ST and a noise level of only 39 dB guarantee quiet and efficient operation. The winter function maintains the set temperature even if the ambient temperature drops, ideal for winter months.*Adding a shelf is not possible on all models; please check compatibility before purchasing.Note: In the interest of continuous improvement, the temperature display has been updated to show the set temperature. Depending on your appliance's serial number (prior to SN 19230000), your wine cellar may not display the actual temperature correctly.*The advertised capacity is measured according to the European standard EN62552. This standard is calculated using 75cl Bordeaux-style bottles.Any other bottle size, as well as the addition of shelves, will significantly reduce the storage capacity.The maximum capacity is calculated with a specific number of shelves, which varies depending on the model.
